With options for Standard shipping (4-10 business days) or Express Shipping (2-7 business days) in our checkout, the choice is yours and it's never too late to place your order.

We aim to dispatch every order within 1-2 business days however, during peak times when our warehouse experiences a large volume of orders that may be a little longer.

For orders under $99 to the USA and Australia, we have a low $9.99 standard shipping rate.

For orders to New Zealand we have a $9.99NZD Standard Shipping Rate which is sent with Australia Post and handed to New Zealand Post for final mile delivery and takes 5-10 business days and a 2-3 business day express rate is also available.

If you live outside the USA, Australia and New Zealand, regardless of your location we have a $14.99USD flat rate shipping fee to your door and we use reputable couriers to ensure your Activ Eyewear arrives safely and quickly!

What do you mean by 1/2 price replacements for life?

Sometimes, sunglasses break. It’s unfortunate, but it happens. If you break or damage your purchased sunglasses, our ACTIV breakage protection allows you to get a replacement at half price. You will be eligible for a refund or credit, minus the cost of shipping.

To qualify, we may be required to return your damaged sunglasses (at your cost) to our warranty team for review and approval.

To begin a 1/2 Price Replacement, simply head to the Contact Us page and fill us in with some photos and your order number and our team will reach out with the next steps.

Please note, our ACTIV breakage protection can only be used once per original purchase. If an identical pair is unavailable, we will offer a substitute pair of equal value or provide a credit for you to choose a different pair.

Damaged sunglasses must be returned to ACTIV when purchasing a new pair, and you are responsible for the shipping costs.

Note: Due to the limited availability of each ACTIV Signature Series, identical replacements are not available. Instead, a store credit of 50% of what you originally paid will be provided to you, to select another pair from available styles.

This 50% store credit of your purchase price substitution policy also applies to products where we are now out-of-stock or have discontinued the style.

Are your lenses polarized?

All ACTIV performance and lifestyle sunglasses are polarized!

Note: Although our high performance ACTIV AEROs are not polarized, the AERO lens features our specially designed High Contrast Technology.

What is High Contrast Technology?

High Contrast Technology (used for the ACTIV AERO) increases contrast and definition, while reducing glare to provide crisper and clearer vision. While our standard polarized lenses block some light, the high contrast lens enhances details in both highlights and shadows for better depth perception.

Why do I need a high contrast lens?

The high contrast lens is better suited for activities or sports that need to enhance contrast while filtering out bright light and avoid distortion, like:

  • Cycling - allows you to spot glass or slick surfaces like water or ice to keep you safe on the road
  • Golfing - helps you see enhanced details on fairways and greens
  • Fishing - a boost in contrast improves visibility on the water and visually tracking fish clearer and easier
  • Snow Sports - clearer detail including icy patches in snow

Do your lenses have UV protection?

Our lifestyle, performance and high performance models filter 100% of UVA and UVB rays to 400nm, surpassing EN ISO 12312-1:2013 (CE) and ANSI Z80.3 (FDA) standards.

Does ACTIV meet international sunglasses specifications?

For the geeks in the house! Our lifestyle, performance and high performance models meet EN ISO 12312-1:2013 (CE) and ANSI Z80.3 (FDA) standards.

Do you offer prescription lenses?

While we do not currently offer a prescription service, all of our frames can be fitted with prescription lenses at your local optometrist. Simply order your favorite pair of ACTIVs online, then take them down and they will replace with prescription lenses.

Will my ACTIV Eyewear fit my face? 

For every style, we've created a size guide, with full details of the sizing of each pair which you'll find on the product page. If you are looking to compare against a pair you already have, most good sunglasses will have the standard size format on the inside of their frames, and it will look like 54-19-145 which stands for:
Lens width: 54
Bridge width: 19
Arm length: 145

    Sorry, but that also includes any ACTIV team discounts and gift cards during the sale period. Not to worry, once the sale is over, your discount code will be valid again!
  • No returns / refunds
    Due to the nature of the outlet and sales, we won't be able to take any returns or refunds (unless the product is deemed a genuine manufacturing fault). The great news is we will still honour our exclusive 1/2 price guarantee for replacements on eyewear items! Please note that our guarantee is only valid on the original price and not the discounted / sale amount.
